About Overtime Marketing
We started OTM because we watched too many good businesses fail at marketing. Not because their product was bad. Because nobody was building their marketing like a campaign.
It started on a soccer field. Taimoor and Josh, two kids from the same neighbourhood, chasing a ball and competing at everything. What neither of them knew at the time was that same competitive drive would eventually turn into a company.
They went their separate ways after school. Taimoor built his career in marketing strategy, working with brands on campaigns that required real thinking, not just content calendars and boosted posts. Josh took a different path, developing his eye for visual storytelling and learning how to make brands look and feel like something people actually want to be part of.
We kept seeing the same problem. Businesses with real potential, spending money on marketing that was going nowhere because nothing was tied together.
When they reconnected, the gap in the market was obvious. Most agencies were selling services. Nobody was selling campaigns. Not the kind where strategy, creative, and execution all serve the same objective. The kind where everything compounds instead of resetting every month.
